Laurence H. "Hack" Miller (January 1, 1894 – September 17, 1971), was a professional baseball player who played outfielder in the Major Leagues from 1916 to 1925. Miller was born in New York, New York. He would play for the Brooklyn Robins, Boston Red Sox, and Chicago Cubs. The son of a wrestler and strongman, he wielded a 47-ounce bat and occasionally used a bat weighing 65 ounces. His nickname "Hack" was due to his resemblance to wrestler Georg Hackenschmidt. After 25 years as a longshoreman, Miller died in Oakland, California. ==References== 〔 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Hack Miller」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
